Lara's Spinach Dip

Do you all remember Lara's delicious spinach dip she served at last year's brunch? I, for one, have not forgotten it. Yummm!

1 lipton onion soup/dip mix
8 oz mayonnaise
8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)


Preheat oven to 350. Blend dip, mayo, cream cheese and milk until smooth. Mix in cheese then spinach. Bake in small casserole dish or oven proof bowl for 10 minutes or until the edges start to bubble. Remove and let stand for 15 minutes to set up. Serve warm with sliced baguette bread. Refrigerate leftovers within 1 hour.
